The All together now single will be played for the first time in the public on Sunday 24 November before the England vs Germany women’s game. This will be the announcement at Wembley before the single is played:
At Wembley Stadium today, we are bringing you a world exclusive – the first play anywhere of the single ‘All Together Now’, re-recorded by a host of music stars as The Peace Collective to mark the 100th anniversary of the Christmas Day Truce during World War One, the events of which inspired the song.
The new track features a backing choir of sixty schoolboy footballers, 38 from Premier League clubs and 22 from German sides. The U12 players sing on the track in both English and German. All profits from the release, out December 15th, will go to the British Red Cross and the Shorncliffe Trust. See on-screen information as Football Remembers those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
